The Paycheck Protection Program

The Bank of Abbeville & Trust Company is an approved Small Business Administration (SBA) lender and can assist small businesses; those under 500 employees, with applying for the Paycheck Protection Program.

The Paycheck Protection Program prioritizes millions of Americans employed by small businesses by authorizing up to $349 billion toward job retention and certain other expenses.

Small businesses and eligible nonprofit organizations, Veterans organizations, and Tribal businesses described in the Small Business Act, as well as individuals who are self-employed or are independent contractors, are eligible if they also meet program size standard.

Please complete the Paycheck Protection Program Borrower Application Form and gather the following information:

  • Application – SBA Paycheck Protection Program
  • Articles of Incorporation/Organization
  • Bylaws/Operating Agreement
  • 2019 W-3 with all W-2ís
  • 2019 Louisiana Unemployment Tax Return (SUTA Tax Return)
  • 2019 Payroll Register
  • 2020 Payroll Register
  • 2019 Employee Group Health Care benefits (Paid by employer; not including withheld from employee checks)
  • 2019 Employee Retirement Benefits (Paid by employer; not including withheld from employee checks)
  • Two (2) forms of UNEXPIRED identification for all 20% owners (copy of Driver's License as well as: Social Security Card, Insurance Card, or Credit Card, etc., that matches your name on your Driver's License)
